There is a little place that is about 3 blocks south of Duomo called 'Flash' that's not to bad. It's not a foodie place, just solid well done every day Northern Italian food. I use to eat there once or twice a month while living in Milan.

Plenty of good places in the Galleria shoppping centre diagonally across from the Duomo on the square.
