Yesterday the Pagani Huayra was unveiled in Milan just a few days until it is shown in Geneva, to possible customers and the press. They havent shared any more info than the info we already got but they said the top speed exceeds 370km/h...

Pagani Huayra: prime immagini dal vivo

Translated Text from Autoblog.it:

In the past few hours Horacio Pagani and his colleagues have shown in official form the new Pagani Huayra , which will then be exposed and "lived" during the Geneva Motor Show. The presentation event has not paid any surprise compared to what was not already known. Horacio Pagani, complete in all black, showed the main source of inspiration in the air style that motivates and justifies the reference to "Tata Huayra, god of wind, which controls the breezes, the winds and hurricanes that affect the mountains, the cliffs and slopes of the Andean cordillera. The mythology of Huayra four wheels is much more sparse and binding and can not of course regardless of the V12 biturbo 6.0 M158 configuration in more than 700 hp and 1000 Nm - tight-lipped on the precise numbers - with specific and development combined with a seven-speed sequential transmission placed in a transverse position. The total weight of the car amounted to 1,350 pounds, distributed with a ratio of 44:56.

No information about the performance, limited only to the maximum speed exceeding 370 km / h. A few meters of Huayra this was one of the few cars guilty of embarrassing. The Zonda R has been built in only fifteen specimens (not approved for street use), set a new Nurburgring record and won the prize for most expensive car in under one million and two hundred thousand euro tax free. All this until they debut the Huayra R ....

This car still isn't doing anything for me, hopefully in time it will grow on me but at the moment I'm still seriously disappointed with it.

Agree with you 100% there, when the first official pictures were released I said that the best view was from the top.

I think what it is for me is that after the sheer visual impact of the Zonda this seems a little too restrained. As I said in my previous post it will hopefully grow on me.

Thank you Alex!! The interior of this car is definitely an evolution of Zonda. On the contrary, the exterior may need more time for people( me too!) to accept just like the first launch of Zonda in the past.

According to a lot of people the car is much better when you see it in person, the front doesnt look so big and the whole car is stunning. I think i will have to start planning a small visit to the Pagani factory...

The more I see it the more I like it, need to see one with a red interior like the older Zonda; I think it will look better.
