Sweet and Sour Pork
is an actual Chinese dish.
However, the real version is cooked with sugar and vinegar, and is actually translated as sugar vinegar spare ribs (糖醋排骨).
I am posting this because it has been a few months now since I last had a proper one in Taipei.
You can get it in the SG Valley, but it was still not anywhere near as good.
Sigh, I wish the Westside has real Chinese food...

AFAIK, no place in the US has this. And mud crab is my favorite crab meat.
