And as robert mentioned there are many great tailors. Had one made myself at Sam's Tailor, just because of the experience mostly, many presidents and royals have their suits made by them.
Also dont be afraid to try local food, stands on the street etc. They have some pretty tasty stuff!

I bought a nice Zegna suit from the Zegna store in the Pennisula and have it done nicely for me.
The tea at the Pennisula is pretty awesome. But if you are not staying there, you have to get in the refugee line, which sucks.
Go check out the cable car ride to the peak.
The Chinese restaurant in Intercontinental was quite nice, get the Kobe dish. It's a simple Chinese dish with Kobe instead of regular beef.
Shark fin is always good.
