Morton's, Gibson's, and Chop House are all excellent.
Gene and Georgetti is overrated. The quality of the steaks isn't as good as other places. Waiters are 100 years old. It is still an interesting place to go because it does have an old school Chicago feel to it but the food just isn't at a high level.

Thanks for all the recommendations guys. Robert, I've heard mixed things about G&G's. Chicago magazine rated in best steakhouse in Chicago this year, but when I get online people are all over the place about it. Chop House seems to have pretty consistent reviews. I think I'm going to give it a try tonight. What should I order?

G&G's is definitely overrated. I wouldn't even put it's steaks in the top ten in Chicago.
