Trip To Africa
So, I have been wanting to go to Africa for some time. Might not be this year, but soon I will be going with my family. We have been thinking of doing it with The official site of Abercrombie & Kent - Abercrombie & Kent Inc . Many of our family members have traveled with Abercrombie before, and loved it. I also took a look at this company: Singita Game Reserves
Either way, I wanted to share with you guys. The websites are great, and if anyone is looking to do the same, I recommend taking a look at them.

Funny you should bring this up. I'm in the middle of planning our vacation next spring to Africa. My wife and I are going to do an overland tour with arcacia. I've done several trips with intrepid before and they outsource some of their tours to arcacia. They also come highly recommended.
There are many operators in Africa but only a few have consistently high ratings. If you are in the Tanzania area you may want to also check out Roy's safaris and Zara. I have friends who have been on both and they come highly recommended.
My understanding is that Abercrombie & Kent are at the top end of the price-to-experience spectrum. I'm sure they are great but I don't really see the need to spend 10K for 2 people for a week in Tanzania. For less than half the price you can get a week with great hotels and staff. Remember that many of these places will outsource to local companies and hotels. It's up to you how much of a premium you want to pay for booking

Thank you for the advice. I will check out the companies you mentioned. A&K are very expensive, but they are very good as well. Thank you for your recommendations and insight.
