Mannys Steakhouse just opened up across from my place in Downtown Miami and I am very impressed. I have been to Morton's, Capital Grille, Ruth Chris and Smith and Wollensky out here and Manny's is a lot better than all of these in my opinion. I had a 16oz Bone-In Filet Mignon that was awesome.

You Miami guys should really check it out.

Bone-In Filets and Cowboy Steaks (Bone-In Rib-Eyes) are the "hot" cuts right now. We can't keep enough of them in house...

I have to be honest, I just got back from NYC and I was not impressed at all by Luger's. It was good, but not great.

That's surprising. I hope they haven't fallen off. Last time I was there was 7 years ago, ate a whole steak myself and really enjoyed it.

Odd question, but doesn anyone remember what brand of knives were served with the steaks at any of the restaurants you guys have been to in the states?

Wusthof? Laguiole? Global?
