Peter Lugers and Prime 112 in Miami are the best, I realy like the bone in rib eye at Flemings but its not at the same level as Prime and Peter Lugers I also like KOBE Club, theres one inthe city and a new one opened up here in Miami. I love Mortons but their porterhouse doesnt compare to the porterhouse at prime 112, however the suffle and godiva chocolate cake are phenomenal at mortons. For Rack of Lamb I'm a Palm Man and for business lunch I can do a Delmonico at Capital but not my top pick. I hate Ruth Cris the only steak that is decent there is the cowboy steak and the only reason its good is beacause its dipped in butter. Smith and Wolly in NY is good but in Boston and Miami they suck

Im partial to Morton's as I have probably been to 10+ different ones across the country. But the best steak I have ever had was at the Prime Rib in Baltimore.

If you are ever on I-24 just across the KY-TN border on the KY side stop in Hopkinsville and eat at Charlie's Steakhouse. They have been cooking just mediocre quality meat in amazing tasting and heart stopping amounts of Garlic Butter the same way for 50+ years.

El Caprichio takes their meat very seriously, I tend to spend most of my summers in Spain, specifically the Puerto Banus area in Marbella... about two years ago I was invited to a dinner hosted at the Saudi Royal Family Compound, all the meat was hand delivered by the owners of Caprichio it was fantastic. One of the most elegant and tasteful dining experiences I have ever had.

In SoCal I enjoy Cut and Maestros, but I have also heard there has been a sharp decline in quality beef, the mad cow scare really forced extreme import regulation on herders and slaughter houses...

Mortons has my vote, best steak I ever had in a Mortons Steakhouse has to be the one in Louisville, maybe because I was just real hungry but the damn thing was beyond words delicious.
I also like mine plain with no "steak sauce".

Best steakhouses in my area are Morton's, Mastro's, and Ruth's Chris; at this point my favorite of the three is probably Mastro's, with Morton's being a close second. Ruth's Chris just doesn't quite seem to be as good as it used to be?

I saw a Delmonicos in Vegas when I was there earlier this week, does anyone know how the steaks are there?
I have been completely underwhelmed by Morton Downtown LA and Ruth Chris Beverly Hills.

I would like to try Mastro's.

I personally will never go back to a Morton's again, they do that show where they bring out the fresh lobster, my girl ordered one (I know, who orders lobster at a steak house) and it was without a doubt something frozen that was nuked by a microwave.
Yep, same thing happened in Downtown LA Morton.

Even Caesar's in Calgary Alberta, or Hy's when they relocate are top notch.
Based on some of you guys recommendation, we ate at Boa Vegas, and it was one of the few times where I paid a bundle for a meal and did not feel like I was ripped off.
