If you already have a SCAR 16S (I have one too), then just put a good piece of glass (like this - P O L I C E M A R K S M A N ) on it and be done with it. You'll shoot as well as a 700 PSS in .223. The limitation is the ammo, not the gun. If you're trying to save money, you won't be shooting some exotic 80-grain shit.
