It's time for you Americans to start cleaning up the mess. Instead of wasting millions in Iraq and Afghanistan,send the national guard in the gang infested neighborhood to solve the problem once and for all.

sad on so many levels.. sad that people are willing to stand around and do nothing while someone is beat to a pulp. Sad that some individuals have no respect for others. sad that some will use this video to further their own perverse beliefs and agendas.
