I have been checking around, but can't find the answer for certain.

I can have an unloaded handgun in a combo locked container in CA (like a brief case) with loaded mags also in the container.

Is that also legal in OR? As in, if I drive from CA into OR, can I have an unloaded pistol and loaded mag in a locked container in my car in the manner described?
