Favorite ammo for 223/5.56?

I've been going back and forth between Federal and Black Hills.
What are some of the favorites here?

Chris from Cali has a reputation beyond repute

I like the stuff you can't get too easily: 77-grain Black Hills MK 262s... For plinking/GP, just use Federal American Eagle. I believe they have 55 and 62 grain options.

Whatever Wal-Mart has a case of...

My biz partner and I go in every other week and look like nut roots walking out of a Super Wal Mart, each of us with at a minimum of a case of 5.56 in our arms. Or in the shopping cart with the milk and cookies.

works great i just wont put wolf through a good gun.

anytime, i've used over 1000 rounds through my bushmaster ar and it works great, my friends who are more into guns then i am really like it too, never a bad round and its all US made. I rather hear from someone who has used less expensive ammo then trying it out myself, for me wolf is always called suggested to be inferior...so i just stayed away from it.
