That is one ugly looking paint job. Thank god it is only a wrap. as for the marketing purpose--not a good way to market, sure it will get hits and people will wonder which dealer decided to do such thing. But it will mainly be in a negative way.

The car is for sale at an exotic car dealer near Rotterdam. From the outside (from the highway) the cars behind the windows al look white...
It's indeed partially wrapped. The actual car is blue. Bugatti Blue
The same was done to the Aston Martin that's in the same showroom. You can see the at 1:06 min in the movie.
The R8 in the back was already white :-D
All this was done to give the showroom a little chritmas atmosphere...
