Those two arent going anywhere. Terry wants to get into coaching after his playing career, so I bet he'll stay on at Chelsea while he gets his licenses, and then maybe works at the Chelsea youth team for a while.

I also think he will leave for Spain if anywhere. Spanish teams are the only ones that can afford him. But honestly I really think Arsenal should sell him if the can. Not for less than €30m though.

Wage bill to be trimmed by £25 million.
What they need A holding player to protect a defence that conceded 49 league goals last season, greater mental strength and concentration. Étienne Capoue is a cheaper option than Yann M’Vila, the France midfield player.
Spending power About £50 million, even after the arrival of two strikers for a combined £21 million.
Surplus to requirements Johan Djourou, Sébastien Squillaci, Denilson, Park Chu Young, Marouane Chamakh, Andrey Arshavin, Nicklas Bendtner, Carlos Vela.
Chelsea
Plan for the summer With Roberto Di Matteo in place — for a year, at least — and the Champions League final victory he has coveted for almost a decade secured, Roman Abramovich can at last concentrate on turning Chelsea into the continent’s great entertainers. Eden Hazard and Marko Marin hint at an emphasis on youth and style.
What they need Hulk, the Porto striker, seems to be the desired replacement for Didier Drogba. He should be joined by at least one central midfield player and a right back.
Spending power As much as Abramovich deems necessary.
Surplus to requirements José Bosingwa, Florent Malouda, Michael Essien, Paulo Ferreira, Yossi Benayoun, Romelu Lukaku (loan)
Liverpool
Plan for the summer To remodel the squad so that it suits the tika-taka style favoured by Brendan Rodgers, the new manager. The challenge is to achieve that objective at a time when Liverpool’s owners, Fenway Sports Group, have made it clear that they will not be approving top-rate salaries for new signings unless the outlay is clearly justified.
What they need Given the welter of chances they missed last season, an out-and-out goalscorer is the priority. Rodgers is also looking to add much-needed pace on the right flank and recruit a frontline central defender.
Spending power £20 million plus the proceeds from sales.
Surplus to requirements Rodgers insists all players will be given a chance, but Craig Bellamy could be allowed to rejoin Cardiff City.
Manchester City
Plan for the summer To reduce the wage bill by offloading a glut of unwanted players and putting any proceeds towards signing a small band of world-class players who will improve the first team. The appointment of a new chief executive is also a priority.
What they need It will largely depend on how many players they offload, but Robin van Persie, the Arsenal striker, and Javi Martínez, the Athletic Bilbao defender-cum-midfielder, are the leading targets.
Spending power The champions want a modest net outlay this summer as they attempt to cut costs in light of Uefa’s impending Financial Fair Play rules.
Surplus to requirements Emmanuel Adebayor, Roque Santa Cruz, Carlos Tévez, Aleksandar Kolarov, Stefan Savic, Wayne Bridge, Michael Johnson. The club will also listen to offers for Edin Dzeko, Adam Johnson and Nigel de Jong.
Manchester United
Plan for the summer In his bid to wrest back the title, Sir Alex Ferguson wants to inject more pace and dynamism into his team. The manager will also hope Nemanja Vidic and Darren Fletcher make full recoveries from injury and illness respectively to bolster his options.
What they need Despite the arrival of Shinji Kagawa, who is comfortable in a wide or central attacking position, United require at least one central midfielder. Ferguson is also in the market for a left back and a striker.
Spending power There is money to spend but it hard to envisage the club spending more than £25 million on a single player, and the wages demanded by the best remain an obstacle.
Surplus to requirements Dimitar Berbatov and Federico Macheda. Paul Pogba has signed for Juventus, Fabio da Silva will join Queens Park Rangers on loan and Michael Owen has been released. United would listen to offers for Anderson and Park Ji Sung.
Tottenham Hotspur
Plan for the summer Quickly get to grips with a new manager, his ideas, tactics and communication and overcome the disappointment of a poor finish and being deprived of a Champions League place. The club want to trim a flabby squad by about six more players after the departure of Niko Kranjcar and Vedran Corluka. The club have a favourable start to the fixture list.
What they need Jan Vertonghen, soon to arrive from Ajax, will add stature to a central defence riddled by injury problems. Emmanuel Adebayor, top scorer last term, could be one of two strikers to arrive, along with a winger and two attacking midfield players, to replace Luka Modric and Rafael van der Vaart, both of whom are likely to depart.
Spending power £40million, but more will be generated from player sales.
Surplus to requirements Sébastien Bassong, Kyle Naughton, Bongani Khumalo, Jermaine Jenas, Steven Pienaar, Giovani dos Santos.

Not really transfer gossip, but I didnt want to start a new thread:
I wonder if that's where his brother's wife took it too
On a serious note though. Is Pearce the biggest numpty in England for leaving Becks out of the squad?
London 2012: Beckham absence disappoints Giggs
Giggs tells BBC Sport's Garry Richardson he is "really excited" at the prospect of playing in the Olympic Games, but says that "as a friend" he wishes David Beckham was in the squad.
But Giggs, who holds the record for Manchester United's appearances, says his former team-mate will take the decision "on the chin".
