It's going to be very interesting to see what goes down with teams like the Spurs and QPR. Well, everyone for that matter. I think this season we're going to see a lot of different looks. The first whistle can't come soon enough. Euro '12 is great and all, but I'm going through major Prem withdrawal...

Me too. The Euro's are cool, but they dont hold a candle to club football for me.

I really think you'll see Spurs regress to where they were a few years ago, I dont think they will be in contention for anything next season.

Definitely going to be an interesting season. Was great to see it so close last year, I hope the same happens this year, but in a different way.
Going to be an interesting time for Spurs, especially with the change in management and philosophy that it will bring.
The cynic in me wonders if they've offered Bale a contract to make sure that when he is sold, he'll go for serious money... that or he's seen something about the new structure that he really likes.

Frimpong - didn't he get loaned out to Wolves last season? Then get injured and try and take over twitter with the phrase 'DENCH'? If anything he seems like an intriguing businessman!

Chelsea closing in on Stevan Jovetic

Chelsea have had a £20million bid rejected earlier this month but according to La Gazetta dello Sport but they believe a fee of £25m would be enough to secure the 22-year-old's signature. If Chelsea decide on lodging a £25m bid it would meet Stevan's buy-out clause in his contract.

Fiorentina did issue a hands-off warning last week but the move looks a lot closer now as Chelsea are planning to meet his release fee. Juventus and Napoli are also interested in the Montenegro international but a move away from Serie A looks more tempting for the youngster.

Yea that's not going to happen. SAF tried to start talks with Dortmund about Lewandosky earlier as well but he's not up for sale, just like Hummels who just ditched Real Madrid and ManU. Dortmund's players are relatively loyal, but I think we might se some bigger names leaving by end of next season like Götze, "Kuba" blaszczykowski and maybe also Robert Lewandosky. Wouldn't surprise me if Gündogan has an amazing season 12/13 and leaves by the end of it too. Gonna be a very interesting year for Dortmund, they have an even more amazing team this year with Reus etc.

Roberto Mancini has played down the prospect of Man City signing Robin van Persie, saying it is unlikely that City will sign the Dutchman before pre-season starts later this week.
If RVP does leave Arsenal, there's no doubt in my mind that he will definitely not go to another Premier League club.

Andre Villas-Boas will sign a £16million deal at Tottenham just five months after being ditched by their London rivals Chelsea.
Good luck Spurs

Chelsea have emerged as favourites to sign Brazil right-back Maicon from Inter Milan after Real Madrid shelved their interest.
Decent price.

Liverpool continue to monitor Swansea winger Scott Sinclair, who is stalling over a new deal at the Liberty Stadium. He is valued at around £6m.
Happy with that, although there's been a lot of talk lately but not much happening at Anfield.

Wigan have warned Chelsea and Tottenham that it will cost at least £12million to prise Victor Moses from the DW Stadium.
Possibly too much for Moses but it wouldn't be the first time Chelsea have overpaid for someone.

Chelsea and Manchester City have missed out on Ezequiel Lavezzi after the Argentina striker opted to join newly-rich Paris Saint-Germain from Napoli.
Shame, Lavezzi is pretty decent, would've been nice to see him in the Premier League.

I hope not, I'm resigned to him probably leaving, but I hope he goes abroad if anywhere.
