No argument there... The 12-20 million a year must have made that tarnished legacy not hurt so much lol.

I bet Eli is praying that Peyton doesn't come to NY. He has spent his entire life under the shadow of his big bro, and now that Eli has gotten his 2nd SB ring and is clearly top dog and currently the best Manning, Peyton coming to NY to play for the Jets would relegate Eli back to little bro status. I can't even imagine the media show that would happen with two Mannings playing in NY.

SF has a good young QB already. I don't see the benefit of bringing Peyton in and screwing up Smith. He needs to go where a team is in dire need of a QB for a year or two while he trains his replacement.
