Guardiola is simply lucky he's got a pool of one-of-a-kind players. Not dismissing his skills as a coach, but every mediocre coach would be successful with that team.

Exactely my thoughts! I don't think Pep can be as successful without god and his two minions (Messi, Xavi and Iniesta).

the problem with teams like that is that it takes a very strong coach to make them actually work as a team since every player believes that he gotta have that star player status and stick out of the crowd..

What has Pep done exactely? Yeah, he took over the team with the best players in the world and since then has won a lot of titles with this team. Wow, what an accomplishment.
Mourinho has done the same thing with two different teams, building them up from being average to winning everything. What has Pep built? Nothing.

Yep, CL with Porto. CL with Inter. Would've been CL with Chelsea if Abramovich hadn't thrown his Portugeezer toy out of the pram. Mourinho is a proven winner. He'll be able to name his eight-figure price anywhere if he wins the CL with Real.
