The window of greatness for teams in the NHL (Detroit excepted apparently) is not very long. Your time is now, or certainly in the next few years. You're sure close, that's for certain. I hope that your guys get it done.

 

Am I the only one still not drinking the Capitals Kool-Aid? They are a great team but I don't see them winning a Cup. Same thing with the Sharks.

 

I GUARANTEE Penner will be gone by the trade-deadline. When management starts doubting your drive, your'e done...

 

It's a real shame about Penner. When he plays like he's capable, he's world class. The problem is that he always teases you with his potential, but then he plays like he just doesn't care. Hell, we traded him when he was our leading scorer. On a team where Hemsky was injured, and no one seemed to care about winning, and he was still our leading scorer!!! But then he's in LALA land with his actress wife and suddenly he seems unmotivated again. A real shame.

But hey, Oilers won again tonight!!! I love picture in picture, get to watch the Oilers win AND the Cards win. Great night again!!!

 

He would be a dominant force on our team. That size and his potential skill would be lethal.
