Big surprise. Richards chose the Rangers. I don't get it at all. The Kings would have been a much better destination.

Brad Richards will be disappointed in New York. The only defensemen they have is Lundqvist. If he had a solid d-core in front of him he would have insane numbers.

You must have missed the Staal/Girardi combo that could stand up to any top line. Unfortunately they did end up overused way too often. Curious to see how the additions of Richards and Mike Rupp change our dynamic.
