THE NBA Finals Thread - Lakers vs. Celtics

Back to basketball.
The worrying thing for both Boston and Laker fans is one thing - Kobe's frustration. He can score 40 points every game if he wants, I'll take that, as long as the rest of them still can't crack a double digit. This is a test of Kobe's ability to bring the team together even when the focus is on him. He was hot, for sure, but I didn't like that every play ended with Kobe for the whole last half. That adjustment will be made, I'll be looking for LA to go hard at the paint early.
Sorry if I'm rambling on a bit, just trying to get back to basketball discussion.

And no, you're not rambling.

He takes a lot on his shoulders, and the rest of the team becomes so pedestrian when he's making those shots. So when the spice came off his hot streak in the fourth, noone was there. Like I said, it depends what they do with it for game 6, it will be interesting.
I am very excited for the rest of this series.

^^^ Not sure how u can say the rest of the team becomes so pedestrian... If you really watch Lakers games over the past 2 years you will notice Kobe rarely goes bonkers like that and when he does it's because people aren't hitting there shots at that moment. Most of the time his big "runs" lead to other players stepping it up, it just didn't happen Sunday night.
Also your comment about Doc and "just getting started", he is in his 12th year of coaching in the NBA, hardly new and most people know he will not stay on the sidelines long (he has front office ambitions).

Second, I said that I hope you're just a MotoGP fan meaning I hope your tag is in support of Rossi rather than you being an actual doctor, because I fear for the world if it was the latter. How the hell did you deduct 'MotGP' sucks from that?

^^^ Not sure how anything he has said would allow you the right or know-how to criticize his ability to be a Doctor or not...
You take everything on here way to personal, I think I can speak for most everyone under this thread when I say "why not just stay out of this thread, so we can all enjoy the final game or two".

Point out one of my brain dead comments.

First of all, I was the one who said Pierce wasn't going to stay quiet and that the Cs were going to win games 4 and 5. That's the ****ing reason I said 'didn't someone say the Cs were going to win...' after it happened.

Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is a personality disorder defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, the diagnostic classification system used in the United States, as "a pervasive pattern of grandiosity, need for admiration, and a lack of empathy."[1]
The narcissist is described as being excessively preoccupied with issues of personal adequacy, power, and prestige. Narcissistic personality disorder is closely linked to self-centeredness.
I rest my case, and that is only from comments made by him on the last couple of pages.
