I figured Utah was going to get one from us. Most likely with the help of some home cookin' by the refs. Utah is a tough team that dealt with injuries to some key players for most of the year. They are much better than their record indicates.

True... Utah is a good team.

Silver lining in the cloud... we played like shit, and lost by 2. We should get game 4 tomorrow.

Go Lakers!

Kobe is on fire right now. After his 5-24 performance Thursday night, I figured he would be good for at least 40 tonight. He is on pace for 45-50 at this point!!!!!

so the lake show cruises into round 2. i truly hope they play houston. what is up with bynum? he looked good at the end of the season, but he is sucking right now.

damn, NO got spanked last night. that was embarassing. they should be eliminated from the playoffs for that game alone.

RIP my Utah Jazz....

Now time to cheer for my secondary team the celtics.

If they lose I'll cheer for Lebron...

If he loses I'll cheer for whoever is playing against Kobe.

I have a 1/5th of good bourbon on standby if the Blazers lose tonight. Although we match up terribly with Houston, we also just haven't looked good all series. I'd honestly rather be playing the Lakers right now. Pretty rough also watching Aaron Brooks, who I watched at Oregon, toy with Steve Blake.

Any particular reason why you hate the guy so much? Just curious...

As a long time laker fan, I like to make sense of the hate people have for Kobe, especially someone in L.A.

edit: Just saw you were a Utah fan... your hate make sense, even though you should be hating Jordan for ripping your hearts out a while back.

Bynum just couldn't play the match-ups with Utah... as sloan was going small for long durations of the game. Like Phil said in the Paper today... Bynum will most probably be inserted back into the Starting line-up in the next round. Plus, the second unit is hurting with Larmar starting...

I don't care who we face in the next round... if we play our game, were unstoppable.

Bring on LeCrab-dribble ... aka ... Lebronze ... LeHype
