The Official College Football Thread - Come on in!

We haven't had a place to post our expert predictions and trash talk other teams, so here you go. Here are the new BCS standings. I'm picking Alabama to play in the BCS title game. Living in SEC country you can't help but think this conference is above all others. If you are a Boise State fan, I'll start a high school football thread for you to post on.

1. Alabama 9-0

2. Texas Tech 9-0
3. Penn State 9-0
4. Texas 8-1
5. Florida 7-1
6. Oklahoma 8-1
7. USC 7-1
8. Utah 9-0
9. Oklahoma State 8-1
10. Boise State 8-0
11. Ohio State 7-2
12. TCU 9-1
13. Georgia 7-2
14. Missouri 7-2
15. BYU 8-1
16. LSU 6-2
17. Ball State 8-0
18. Michigan State 8-2
19. North Carolina 6-2
20. Georgia Tech 7-2
21. California 6-2
22. Florida State 6-2
23. Maryland 6-2
24. Northwestern 7-2
25. West Virginia 6-2

How many times is a Big-10 team going to get voted into the championship game, get absolutely embarrassed and then have every sports caster in America clammer about how the Big-10 shouldn't be allowed in.

If PSU plays any of the SEC or Big-12 teams it won't even be worth watching.

Also, Alabama will lose to Florida in the SEC championship game. I can't believe I am going to admit this, but I think the Big-12 is a better conference then the SEC this year.

Penn State shouldn't be in the top 10.

Bama v.LSU and Texas Tech v. Ok. State next weekend are going to be THE games. I'm pulling for LSU and Ok. State, naturally.

Hopefully, the Trojans blow out Cal and finally get some respect.

**** my life - Oregon is miserable this year. Watching our offense be just stagnant is really depressing. We're not used to have limited quarterback options.

Now, regarding actual legitimate teams, it's hard for me to say. I think that Florida is really good, Penn State is over ranked, and Texas Tech ruined a few nights in Austin.

i'm picking florida and psu in the ncg. usc would stomp both of them, but won't get the chance after losing to another crappy pac 10 team.
