Hmm, doesn't seam that bad, I don't plan on walking down the street with hundreds hanging out of my pocket. The rental is really nice and gated so I'm cool with it. Maybe not my first choice location but it works based on space and price for the week.

I wouldnt walk down the street in that area period. It's not as bad as south central but it's not what i would consider a "nice" neighborhood. I used to drive down la brea to the 10 freeway all the time. Just be alert and make sure you have insurance if youre driving a car around there.
