my favorite bar in NYC serves absinthe drips, like what DJ pictured above... I haven't had one in about 2-3 weeks, but I went a solid 2-3 months with drinking absinthe pretty much every weekend. I'm actually probably going to go tonight however. We shall see....

I've heard that these "legal" ones still lack some ingredients?
