I will make a call though I'm months past the deadline. You should also know this is how Harlan works. I believe this year the wine is $500 per bottle plus California tax and shipping. Wine that is ordered now (if possible) would be delivered to me in the Spring of 2012. I also belive the current offering was 2008. Let me know if you're still interested.

the price I knew but the wait...sheesh. I understand why you just purchase it elsewhere. I'm old remember as most remind me I might not make it to 2012

If anyone has any Quilceda Creek they want to get rid of, please let me know.

Interesting. My bro in law and sister really dig this wine and I'm just ok with it. They get so many a year but I don't pay attention to wine much anymore.

too funny. I believe the auction price is pretty close to what you can buy it from the vineyard for depending on the year plus the auction commission. I purchased Screaming Eagle at auction and actually resold it for 3x my purchase price.

It is definitely a big, extracted cab, but I really love that style of wine. I have not found a better wine for the low $100's per bottle. The only problem is finding it for that price. Most people mark it up considerably when they re-sell it, and it is extremely hard to find.

Honestly had no clue it was that price. They gave my parents a Case this year as well. I guess I need to get on their "better" side
