Ha. I've grown up around pretty much every model of the manual ones available. Recently bought my Dad a nice setup from William Sonoma which works well. Anything that seems to be of decent quality and you're fine. Just do yourself a favor and don't go electric. It's like an electric knife to care your turkey with - just wrong!

Cork Pop. Co2 powered bottle opener. Just stab the cork, press, and pop!
Bottle opened.
