I haven't done a rendering in awhile, but I decided to try something new, and a bit more traditional.

I started with this:



Then I traced the shape, and took a sharpie marker, and tediously dotted every line and shadow. I added in a bit of confetti and some background lines to give it a classic feel.



I thought it would look cool as a 1970's style poster, so I scanned it onto my computer and did a little bit of editing to get this:



I thought it turned out looking kind of cool!

You haven't used nearly enough stipple dots. Say you used 1000, you need to have used 50,000.

 

Dude that looks awesome. Very "vintage"- I think it would make a neat garage/man cave poster.

That's pretty neat. I wish I had an artistic eye. ...I can make stick figures!
