#23 Porsche 917 Artwork I haven't done a rendering in awhile, but I decided to try something new, and a bit more traditional. I started with this: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8143/7...1336dc87_b.jpg Then I traced the shape, and took a sharpie marker, and tediously dotted every line and shadow. I added in a bit of confetti and some background lines to give it a classic feel. http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7099/7...2d5ace90_b.jpg I thought it would look cool as a 1970's style poster, so I scanned it onto my computer and did a little bit of editing to get this: http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7236/7...c72d509e_b.jpg I thought it turned out looking kind of cool! Here is the extra large version: http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7236/7...fe472450_k.jpg If anybody wants a wide version for a wallpaper, shoot me a request. Thanks for checking it out! |
Not bad kid |
You haven't used nearly enough stipple dots. Say you used 1000, you need to have used 50,000. |
Dude that looks awesome. Very "vintage"- I think it would make a neat garage/man cave poster. |
1 Attachment(s) Thank you! That's actually sort of the type of thing I was aiming for. It was heavily inspired by this: Attachment 107202
