Doesnt matter how much he works, he cant split himself in 3.. I think Japan, Thailand.. and now U.S. 3 customers purchase kits in all 3 during same week... What happens now...

Allan, from what I have read that's not how it has worked. My understanding is he builds the cars personally. From what I have read, seen, and come across that seems accurate. Unless you can have videos and pictures taken in three places at once. But since you seem to know more than me, I will assume you have read up on it and followed the builds more closely than the information in this thread and what I have come across.

From the egarage story that those pics come from...

The following night we were invited back to a friends and family grand opening of RWB USA. With the trio of cars completed for the 2011 SEMA Show folks attended this mellow pre-SEMA unveiling and welcomed with an ice cream truck, a taco truck and chocolate cake! Amidst the frenzy of people who had never seen the RWB cars before today Nakai-San was still working in between a chaotic meet and greet. Finally before we left Nakai told us ”…in 2012 I am prepared to do an RWB 997GT3 RS, I really want to do this.” An RWB 997 GT3RS would turn the Automotive world on its side!

I think one of the important things to realize is that he isn't building 5 of these cars (or probably even 1) a week. I also wouldn't imagine that people paying him to work on their cars are expecting them to be completed instantly.

You guys are failing to see the point.. Also, I dont have a case in point, as all of this is new.. The point is to do a car yourself will take quite abit of time... Now factor in travel to 3 different destinations world wide. I gave an example of 3 cars being ordered within a week.. What if the following week another set of customers comes in.. Is he going to tell them their cars will be done within the next year or 2? I also believe their are plans in place for more Rauh Welt dealers..

I already read somewhere info on the official Rauh Welt U.S bodyshop..

gmaccormack is an unknown quantity at this point
The more in demand his creations are the more he can charge. Also people are usually willing to wait or pay much more to have it done tomorrow. He can only build so many each year.

A lot of specialized businesses (like this) would generally create a waiting list based on what they are actually able to produce. Ensuring rarity and exclusivity means the quality stays high and the price generally rises too.

I personally think the kits will be produced by him, and fitted by the body shops..

Also going this route will surely also mean that copies will start showing up.
