Rauh-Welt USA Grand Opening this weekend

I'm pretty sure the price includes labor. So you're basically paying him to cut up the car, hand fab all the pieces (as Nakai-San says he builds every car one off), put it all together, and paint it. The price seems to reflect how much work goes into it.
Also, I thought they were still run SSRs on all of their builds?

If there's a bandwagon that they can jump on, they will...
If Nakai-San builds every car, then it's still kinda cool. But if he's just selling kits, or farming out the work to RWB USA etc, then it misses the point. I'm pretty sure his cars have that reputation because HE puts them together - just so - with a personal touch?

Those are awful, rotiforms (as with most VW trends) just aren't good looking wheels.
We'll see what happens with RWB and whether or not they start selling generic widebody kits. It seems odd that someone with as much passion as Nakai-San would let his work and reputation be tarnished by producing low quality body kits and parts.

/\ That's good, but I'm kinda sad that the RWB brand has been hijacked by the t-shirt/sticker/merchandise brigade.
I preferred the original 'little backstreet garage' approach.
The American cars seem to be rolling adverts for other companies trying to cash in on (what some regard as) a cult company's name.

If this car had the SSR's that Nakai-san's car does, it'd be one of the nastiest fvcking cars ever!
