Surely the U.S can successfully orchestrate such an event on schedule considering that Korea and India have successfully done so.
I haven't read too much into the details, but if it involves funding problems, then I blame George Bush for putting America in the shit economic position it's in at the moment.

Easy to build there, not much regulatory BS, centrally located between coasts, and smack in the middle of the current economic nerve center of the country. Very smart place to do something like this.
