Big problems for all the Renault-powered cars after Whiting rescinded the regulation changes for them this morning. So now only the Mercedes-powered cars have the engine over-run allowance, while the rest have to follow the 20% off-throttle regulations as before. (Renault was briefly allowed a 50% off-throttle allowance, but not anymore...although they're currently confronting Charlie Whiting about the situation). A few reports say Christian Horner is livid.

The Red Bull's are really struggling, and it looks like Vettel is pushing it quite hard but he is 1.5 seconds off the pace. Either that, your it is an elaborate plan to fool the competing teams in Qualifying.
