Age limit used to be 18 a few years back and when I went to NYC to study college in 18 thinking' I would party day and night, I was told I couldn't drink until 21. My wild plans were destroyed and I was furious but I respected the local law and lived accordingly.

thats correct, in Bahrain its not even bubbly. we use a rose water fizzy thing that doesn't contain alcohol. however, feel free to drink up in the paddock club.
