After Vettel's win in Turkey The League has made him impossible to buy. He is too expensive.

If you didn't have him before, you won't get him now.

Given the change in values, I think the strongest lineup remains Vettel, Hamilton, Rosberg.

Although, you could move to Vettel, Webber, Rosberg. The risk there is losing potential pole position and fastest lap points.
