I had thought Alonso and Massa at Ferrari would have been the dream team, maybe they will be once the technical stuff is figured out. Something else that has always interested me is with some teams, such as Ferrari, Renault and McLaren, both drivers/cars usually place similarly (outside of mechanical issues, of course). Like today for example, Ferrari 2,3, Ranault 1,4, McLaren 5,6 and Williams 9,10, etc...

Check out the final Qual, could it be indicative of quality of chassis and/or drivers? What about when teams quals/finishes are random, Renaults 7, 13 is the best example this week, I would be interested to know how much driver-driver and driver-team dynamics effect the finishing.

Here are some pics, some of the cars simply wouldn't focus then again, I just brought a small Nikon travel camera.

What are those red doing up front?
I think I've seen one of them before but I can't place it.
