I think this was the most boring race of the year. There have been some VERY exciting races this year, but this was quite far from that standard. Red Bull's Vittel, on pole position at the race's start, gives up two positions like an ignorant, over-excited rookie to Ferrari's two cars. After that, all that was left was acknowledging Button's brilliant move to drive as long as possible on his soft tires, and to see which of the two Ferrari race cars was going to be allowed to finish in first place by the team bosses.

It looks like Ferrari's move to hire McLaren's top engineer, Pat Fry, was the smartest thing they have done all year... actually maybe in several years. Pat Fry instantly turns the whole Ferrari team around for a 2,3 position in qualifying, and a boring, yet impressive 1-2 race finish!

Makes the pre- Pat Fry, Ferrari team look rather less than 1st class. It will be interesting to see if the Ferrari team really is changed. If it does continue this new life as a champion, it will be not so much cuz of Alzono, but rather cuz of Fry.

If this was any other team, this would probably happen. I personally, support it, blatant violation of the rules that were made specifically for this. Most the people around me in the stands, Tifosi's or not, were put off by this as well.

I would also agree that outside the first and last lap, the race was a bit dry :-/

Constructor's yes but even driver's championship counts... this is only the second race that PM does well in (the other being Bahrain)... as much as I hate what happened and dislike FA I think it was the right call, because the goal is to have a Scuderia man on top

I agree that it was the most boring race of the year. If it had rained in qualifying like they'd forecast, maybe the results would've been a bit more exciting.
