If you're referring to the one in Cresson, I went to a few track days there when I attended SMU. Very fun track, Eagle's Canyon is up in N.Texas as well (but a good bit farther from Dallas), though I've never been there.

Since they are building a purpose built facility, I really hope they compete with some of the new tracks (i.e. Yas Marina, Valencia) in terms of track design and architecture.... and get it all finished in 2 years.
