Jo left nothing to be said, I just wish we had a better driver then button in Mclaren, he only won the race last year because he had the best car for half of the season and Ross Brawn thinking for him the other half.

Button won the first 6 races of the season.

He won only once in the next 12.

I said he had a better car for half the season, not won half the races.

he won the first 2, 3rd in 3rd, won the next 4 and didnt place better than second for the rest of the season, by mid season most teams had their cars up to speed and he went down hill, if it wasn't for Brawn I don't think he would have won WDC.

I was agreeing with you.

Button was unbeatable in the first 6 races but very human after that.

Once the other guys caught up, he was back to average.

Red Bull nearly ran him down without a double-diffuser.

IMO Button is plainly overrated. He is in no way "world class" and cannot in any way be placed on the same pedestal as any previous world champion. It was purely by way of quirks and luck that he won the championship last year.

Therefore, don't expect much from him this year. He will have to pull out and draw on his his book of excuses for most of the season... the same as he has done for many years.

I'll probably be proven wrong!

Mercedes GP, Mclaren and Ferrari are the only teams on the grid who have the technical capabilities to make Jenson (look like) a successful driver. This season will expose Jense for the overrated driver he is if he is unsuccessful in developing a contending package into a dominant one.
