Next season will be awesome you will have at least three teams fighting for the title with 4 world champions in their midst that is a formula for success. As far as Mercedes GP I like the team Schumi, Brawn and Rosberg is a killer combo.

The new Mercedes team, formed following the German carmaker’s recent purchase of Brawn GP, has announced Malaysian national oil and gas company Petronas as its title sponsor. Under a newly-signed long-term agreement, the German squad plan to compete as the Mercedes GP Petronas Formula One Team next season.
Mercedes have also confirmed that their 2010 car will make its track debut in its new livery at Valencia in Spain on 1 February, for the first of next year’s pre-season tests.
“Petronas’ home base in Kuala Lumpur is located in the middle of a fast-growing region for the automotive industry which makes this new partnership even more valuable,” commented Norbert Haug, Vice-President of Mercedes-Benz Motorsports.
“Within the limits of the new Formula One resource restrictions, the Mercedes GP Petronas Formula One Team will be well positioned to achieve our goals. We will all strive to present efficient success in the future knowing at the same time that the new Formula One season with some fundamental rule changes will be a particularly challenging one."
Team principal Ross Brawn added: "Our plans for the new season are progressing well, as is the development of our 2010 challenger, and we look forward to seeing the car run in the new Silver Arrows and Petronas livery at the Valencia test in February."

I guess now we just sit back and wait to see how this turns out. Pre season test sessions will be getting much more scrutiny than ever before.

Schumacher will drive alongside compatriot Nico Rosberg, who has already been signed by the reigning constructors' championship winners, whose Brawn GP name was rebranded last month.
German newspaper Bild reports the driver will earn in the region of £6m in 2010 and has an option to continue the following year.
Schumacher was forced to call off a planned temporary comeback as a stand-in for the injured Ferrari driver Felipe Massa last season because of a neck injury sustained in a motorcycle accident.
But he is known to have had medical checks recently and it appears likely he has been given the all clear to return to the top flight.

His spokeswoman Sabine Kehm said she could not make any comment.
The German newspaper Bild is reporting that Schumacher signed a one-year deal and it is likely he will have the option to continue beyond 2010 if his returns goes well.
Schumacher will reportedly earn £6.2m after signing up to reunite with Mercedes team principal Ross Brawn, who masterminded all seven of his titles, the first two with Benetton in 1994-5 and the subsequent five with Ferrari from 2000-4.
Mercedes are known to want German rising star Sebastian Vettel in the long term, but the 22-year-old is contracted to Red Bull until the end of 2012.

Schumacher has been training hard in preparation for a return and, assuming his neck is fully healed, is not expected to have any problems with fitness.
His former team-mate Eddie Irvine told the BBC last week that he expected Schumacher would win races, even though he would not be as powerful a force as before.
"The speed will be there, though he won't be as fast as he was seven years ago," Irvine said.
"He's not at the peak of his game, but he's still good enough to win races as he has such an immense talent. It's still four wheels, a steering wheel and an engine and there's never been anyone better than Michael."
Irvine said he thought Schumacher would be at a disadvantage in wheel-to-wheel racing compared to the younger generation of drivers such as 2008 world champion Lewis Hamilton.
"Lewis isn't going to back off, but Michael will have to because he'll be 41," Irvine said.
Schumacher's decision brings his career to a neat conclusion - Mercedes, for whom he was racing in sportscars at the time, paid for his F1 debut with Jordan in 1991 but he has never raced for them in F1.

would rather have seen kimi in that second mercedes GP F1 car.
or Nick Heidfeldt. I would have liked to see him in a top car, then we would have seen his potential. but of cource Heidfeldt is not as marketing exiting as Schumi. I think this is a hype. mercedes and F1 as such feel something special is needed to bring F1 back in the limelight in a positive way, after the last two years scandals.
