I'll post details as it gets closer of course
When I went in '07 I left NYC around 3AM and got into Montreal just in time for check in. The easiest 6hr drive of my life! Please post details when the time comes, it would be cool to drive up with a crew.

It was only 6 hours?? I aways thought it was more like 8 hours? I really want to go, as I've never been to an F1 race before.

We actually go up Rt. 81 instead of taking 87. 87 has to many cops, tolls and traffic. 81 is clear after you get into NY for about 60 miles, then the high speed fun begins. And then 401 into Montreal is like a race track . For you NYC guys, you could always hook up with us at the 78/81 intersection. There are always people joining our group along the way.

It would make sense for the NYC guys to meet you in Scranton at the 84/81 junction. Google maps only adds 13 minutes taking 80 west out of the city to 81 or another 30 minutes going north out of the city to 84 and taking 84 west to 81 in Scranton.

Hmmm...

I'm going, so lets coordinate this since me and a friend will probably come from NYC.
