I would assume (read I might not be correct) that with rule changes, even if they are committed to staying in the series until say 2012, they aren't simply required to accept rule changes and would be able to walk away if there were NEW rules that they did not approve.

Either way of course FIA would pursue legal action to try to get them to come back but it has been long overdue for the teams to be able to have more of a say with everything that has been going on.

No chance this happens (I think). They're too smart for this. Just posturing.
