Showoff? who me? LOL! I thought this was photography 101..I'm trying to teach folks something. 
But Hani is correct, it's hard to tell what you're looking at on the tiny monitor. Much easier on a computer screen.

No I literary meant slow down.... 6400 is fast (IMO)
Plus your metering setting seem to be on average and you might want to use spot
It is a totally different feel in "M" and very rewarding.... enjoy the experimentation
