Sometimes you are way off base... This is how OUR folks treat the enemy:

They are simply pictures of the military, nothing.

There is nothing in them to make you "sick". So your comment in this thread is for no other purpose than to pick a fight.

Instead of that, feel free to post up some military pictures that you find just as impressive.

Do not turn this thread in a flame war.


Also, lets not start posting graphic shots in this thread either.

Sadly, a great thread is now on a short leash because one guy felt the need to choose a peaceful thread into a powder keg.

Habibi i don't think it's a good idea responding in this manner, we're all friends here. If you think he's wrong with those comments ask him why first, because i really don't think any true muslim supports those murderers. Nothing in Quran or Prophet Mohammed's Sharia approves taking people lives in this manner. These people are a bunch of low life bastards who misquote god's words and use it to do their dirty work and satisfy their own agenda. These groups are neither human let alone religious. And i don't think Cupcake is in support of those maniacs. I can find a dozen videos of american military abusing iraqi infants and women, but thats not the way to argue in my opinion. Let's stay within our limits brothers.

I am sorry for expressing myself in this manner, my ethnic origin has a major role to play in members responses to my posts!

If i was a Norwegian, i dont think i would have received those kinds of replies!

Thanks for the clarification CoB, I appreciate and respect that very much.

But one point of clarification my friend. Your ethnic origin had nothing to do with my post. I would have responded to anyone coming into a thread that has the topic of military photos and made such a comment in the same way.

Incidentally, I happen to mod on another board that has a mil photo thread, and I scolded a guy from Finland for the very same thing.

My request of him was that if he did not want to see military photos, simply ignore the thread instead of getting the kids all riled up with a comment that he knew would incite some flames.

I've had this discussion with the Cupcake in the past. I stand by my comments. I know what is and what is not true Islam. I don't profess to know where the Cupcake stands, however he has yet to denounce it when asked directly. This country (the US) has ALWAYS come to the aid of nations in need, whether Muslim, Christian, etc. Think about Bosnia, Kosovo, East Timor, etc. It doesn't always have to be a war zone. We've aided Muslims in Africa, Asia, Europe.

When the US does commit atrocities, I'm among the first to condemn them, and more importantly, blame their (lack of) leadership. Unfortunately, those negative stories are what are primarily run on Arab AND Western media.

Finally, I think that a lot of fans of this thread appreciate the photos for the technology involved, the courage of the men and women in the photos, and for the quality of the photos. It is not my intent to insult any Arab or Muslim brothers, but only to point out that the sword swings both ways...
