I think they turned out great! Shooting the moon (no "hearts" pun intended!) is something I've used to help learn more about manual settings on my cameras. I'll sit out there and just change everything incrementally and figure out what gets the desired results. It's not super applicable in most things I shoot, but it's really got me thinking about settings.
What kind of exposure settings did you use for those?

All of them were taken on full manual (focus, ISO, exposure, f/-stop, etc.). Like i said my lens is only have the measure yours is, at 200mm but i did the best i could
Also on a tripod, timed a 2" just to let me get away and on a DX body as well, Nikon d3100. 
Here is one of the the unedited, pure shots from last night.
I do realize that if i could get in closer, i would be able to get a much better shot out of this. But i lack the equipment.
Looks OK from here, but you zoom in a little bit and...yeah...1/80" f/18 100ISO
