Autoblog covered it pretty well but here are some specs.
296hp, 280 lb/ft of torque with a starting price somewhere around $39k. Based on other things I've read, it's almost exactly the same width and length as the B5 S4.
Personally, I think it's going to kill the MB CLA in all areas. They're going to offer diamond stitching interior that's normally reserved for S6, S7, and up.
