Good point, could it also be the N75 boost controller? Isnt that what controls the actuator?

I am trying to find out if the stock wastegate looks like a solid part or another possible source of this hesitation.
I wish EPL had a western location after seeing how your car has turned out
Thanks! I haven't taken my car back to EPL yet for the wastegate mod. I'm going to be making some suspension upgrades (rear sway bar and possibly a better coilover setup) and EPL will be doing the install on those for me -- so I'm holding off on the wastegate mod so that they can do it all at once when I drop my car off.

Where in the west are you located? EPL deals with shops all over the country that do their flashes. I can ask Tony @ EPL to see if he deals with any shops nearby you, if you're interested.

It could be a faulty N75, but it also can be a glitch from the ECU/software.

Under normal operating conditions the engine's ECU sends signals to the N75 valve asking it to open or close, which adds or reduces pressure on the wastegate actuator.
This results in more or less boost.

I dont think it is a software issue because the car did the same thing with a tune and on the stock software so I am thinking it is something mechanical.

I am in Arizona, the burbs of Phoenix. I am trying to find a place that can work on the TT RS engine and knows what they are doing. Hard to find because of the limited number and not many have worked on them.
From the dyno it looks like your car has good low end power. Is it quick from a stop? My old cars were a blast because they would pull strong in the lower rpms and I miss that

I just sent you a PM. Hopefully you can get this issue sorted out.

Regarding the dyno: yes, the car has incredible low end power. That's the best thing about this tune, is that the power is so useable -- it's always right where you need it. From a stop, when you can get it to hook up properly, it launches incredibly hard.
