As much as I wish it would happen I seriously doubt it will. Avants just don't sell in the US and the market share is so all that it's hard for Audi to justify bringing them here. Beings a former s4 avant owner I wish they would.

I guess Audi is content to cede the big power wagon market to MB and Cadillac.

It's not like Cadillac and Benz sell a ton of their wagons. And yet they sell them.

makes no sense to me either. They repeatedly use the excuse "it costs too much to certify avants in the US" Last time I checked Audi had their best year ever in 2011 with record setting profits. They aint hurting for money so that excuse only goes so far. I see plenty of avants in my area A4, S4 and a6 so someone must like them.
