I also agree the the RS4 line was wayyyyyy overpriced. That's why no one gave a shit and it didn't get all the due respect because they were expensive as hell. The depreciation made owners walk around with their tails between their legs.

Yeah, it was overpriced, but put it in perspective. A year later, BMW comes out with their M3, which was close to what, $70K with comparable options?

^^Never thought of it like that to be honest...Don't get me wrong I love the car but always thought it was expensive but when you put it like that I don't know why exactly.

Audi is so ghey. No new real lightweight M-car and now no new RS's models? The world might actually be turning around now. I do hope that it will go back to normal when the economy will grow back.

booo, surely an rs4 would be worth more effort than an rs5? such a shame considering all the cars going back to the 94 rs2 were such amazing q cars. really leaves you in no doubt of what department is running Audi....

RS4 sold well here. I've driven a few of them, I am a huge fan. Hate to see the RS4 go.

I guess I'll just go get another B7 RS4 when the time comes. I'll do Misano Red next time...

+1, well said. I saw one that was closer to 80k when new; just insane!

For all you "it's overpriced" guys, I picked mine up, loaded, for $69K. I much prefer it to the M3 and C63. The M3 coupe is nice, but the 911 scratches that itch better for me. My dream garage (being realistic)? 997.2 GT3 and B7 RS4.
