I just had to top up my S4 and I used 5/40. The manual recommends 5/40, 0/40 and one other I cant remember.

I just checked - I use 0W-40 for my RS4...

I had a friend speak to the manager at a local store and when they re-order they make sure to order what you want, just call them a week before.
So try speaking to the managers, you'd be surprised how far some companies will go.
