Quote: Damn you can say that again........

heres my take:

the boats (like these CC's especially) were SO ahead of their time.

What 1940 car can you drive daily today? exactly

What 1940 car performs like this? exactly

Yes this boat has been restored/modified. But my neighbors & relatives all have these in original form and they still use them all day.

Shit !......I had 1949 Jaguar 3.5 Litre DHC. Gearbox had no synchros....you know what thats like to drive?!?!?!?

or how about my 1964 Rolls Silver Cloud III (that I mentioned in the other thread)?.........REALLY a pain in the ass to drive.

these babies perform. by todays standards.

its weird

Thats pretty cool and it kinda makes sense though too becaue boats have been around WAYYY longer than cars. Boat makers have had centuries of practice.

btw, nice raft :-p

you have other pictures from that antique boat show? we used to go to the biggy up in Port Carling Canada and it had some slick little boats.

Cruisin in a 32' CC w/ a 502BB.

Kaine, you can agree, how hard is it to dock one of these without a movable drive? prop walk FTL!
